美国驻华使馆现通过网上拍卖其旧车辆，所有竞拍须在规定时间内完成方可视为有效（以网上显示的美国东区纽约时间为准），拍卖的结束时间是北京时间2016年3月22日下午2点。此次拍卖只接受网上付款。
欢迎意向买家在网上出价之前和我们预约到现场查看车辆，您可以提前两天通过邮件beijingauction@state.gov 联系我们告诉您感兴趣的车牌号，我们会安排您在3月10、15、17和21日的任一天下午前去现场看车。因为所有拍卖车分布停在四个停车地点，我们会根据实际情况安排现场看车日期。拍卖车辆质量使馆不予保证。
中标者需要通过www.pay.gov用信用卡支付美元，我们能根据中标者需要提供详细的操作指南。
拍中后如拒绝付款的买家将被禁止继续参与竞拍活动，所拍物品将在下次拍卖中继续竞拍。

Looking for a good vehicle deal? Used Vehicles Disposal Auction
The US Embassy in Beijing is auctioning off its used vehicles via this live online auction. Only bids submitted by closing time listed will be accepted (note - time listed is US EST -New York). This vehicles online auction will close on March 22, 2016 at 2pm Beijing time. Only online payments can be accepted.
Bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicles prior to bidding by appointment only. For an appointment, please email the vehicle plates you wish to view to GSO/Property at BeijingAuction@state.govor call 8531-3000 exts. 3342, 4610 or 3868.To maintain an efficient online auction, we are holding strict offline viewing times. Vehicles may be inspected between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., March 10, 15, 17 and March 21 until auction end. Since vehicles are parked in multiple locations including the Embassy garage, LMQ C garage, Sanban compound, and Tianzhu warehouse, viewings will be scheduled by location.
There are no warranties or guaranties to the condition or working order of the vehicles listed for sale.
Winning bidder needs to pay online via www.pay.govusing your credit card. Payment by credit card will be transacted in USD and there is no foreign transaction fee (further instructions available upon request).
Winning bidders who fail to pay for or pick-up their goods will be banned from further auctions. The items will be relisted on the next auction.
