  Tom多年来一直热爱汽车行业的文章写作与讨论。2003年,在他17岁的时候,他在BBC的汽车类节目Top Gear获得第一份工作经验。2005年12月,他获得英国汽车行业记者协会为年轻记者颁发的奖项Sir William Lyons Award。2006年夏他首次来到Automotive PR,实习两个月。其后,他又在Auto Express杂志社实习。2007年,他从华威大学毕业,随即回到APR,成为一名全职员工。

  Tom Callow – Account Manager at Automotive PR

  Whilst he was still at school, Tom had his first work experience placement with the BBC's Top Gear and in 2005 he won the UK Guild of Motoring Writers' Sir William Lyons Award for young motoring journalism. He has worked for Automotive PR since 2008.

  Tom has experience in public relations for many new energy vehicles and components, from battery systems to hybrid power trains, and from electric scooters to electric supercars. He is involved in the Electric Vehicle Group for the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders in the UK, as well as the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership.

  He has driven a wide range of new energy vehicles, including hybrid vehicles, with the Honda Insight, Lexus RX400h, Lexus GS450h, Toyota Prius and Toyota Auris hybrid; plug-in electric vehicles, including the Mitsubishi iMiEV, smart fortwo electric drive, Toyota Prius plug-in hybrid and THINK City; bio-fuel vehicles, including the Saab 9-5 BioPower and Ford Focus Flexi-Fuel Vehicle; and hydrogen vehicles, including the BMW Hydrogen 7.
