Changan sales to reach 500m units by 2020

Under the correct leadership of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission, guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of Three Represents, our Ordnance Equipment Group earnestly put the scientific concept of development into practice, adhere to the principle always focus on quality as well as try to be pioneers top-notch and at the same time greatly develop integrating military and civilian industries. Our auto industry has entered into the first camp of the domestic automobile production. Now we own five automobile production bases, 14 vehicle plants and 22 parts subsidiary. Our production capacity of vehicles and engines has reached 1.6 million units. Moreover, we already have had a series of self-owned brand cars, and many other joint-venture brands such as Ford, Suzuki, Mazda and Volvo. In addition, the new energy cars we research and develop independently have already been available in the market in batches.

The first three quarters of this year our vehicle sales have broke the 1 million mark and the past 25 years the cumulative production and sales reaches more than six million. In long-term, we insist on serving our country, developing our army, enriching our people and greatly promoting the innovation capability and competitiveness.　We have achieved leapfrog development and our comprehensive strength has been significantly enhanced.

What is more, our corporation has immortal feats for China's aviation industry and outstanding contribution to the national defense construction and military construction. Especially our China Ordnance Equipment Group has integrated the high-tech into new areas and unswervingly taken the way to innovate and develop independently, entering into the first camp among domestic cars. Our engine and gearbox industry take a leading position within the whole country, which is an unremitting effort that we have made for the revitalization of our national automotive industry.

Leaders, dear friends, as the globalization of today's world economy is turbulent, Ordnance Equipment Group shares the common mission, common responsibility and common vision with China Aviation Industry Corporation In accordance with the relevant provisions of merger and reorganization among the major automobile enterprises and in line with the principle of complementary advantages and mutual supply, we jointly develop automotive industry.
