　　October 28, Shanghai Automotive Industry Group signed sale and purchase agreement on part of the stake with South Korea’s Ssangyong Motor creditors. This Auto M & A case dragged on for more than a year was ended with Shanghai Automotive Industry Group successfully acquired 48.9% stake in Ssangyong Motor. This was the first large-scale case domestic auto company purchased overseas car corporation successfully.

　　In April, Shanghai Volkswagen and Skoda Auto signed a cooperative agreement to produce Skoda brand jointly.

　　In August, collision accident occurred to independent brand Landwind cars in Europe.

　　In September, Geely and other Chinese brands participated in the Frankfurt Motor Show, which was the first Chinese brand cars appeared at world-class auto show.
