　　Work Experience and Achievements

　　2004.10-today Vice President, Chief Representative of Ricardo UK Shanghai office

　　Responsibility: office setup and operation; team recruitment and management; strategy formulating and business planning; general marketing, seminars and presentations; customers visit, discussion and relation building; business development, project proposal drafting, discussion and negotiation; wholly owned foreign enterprise set up;

　　Achievements: team buildup from zero to 40 now, and the objective is 150 in 2011. business revenue is stabilized at $30m annually.

　　1998.8-2004.10 Chief representative and business development manager of JCI Beijing and Shanghai office

　　Main responsibility: BD team management; customer visit, presentation, and supply project intention; supply contract drafting, discussion and negotiation; supply contract execution; after-sales service support. Localization joint-venture negotiation and conclusion.

　　Achievements are: team buildup from zero to 8, and annual sales above $6m.

　　major responsibilities are liaison, business development support for gasoline engine design, innovation, development.
