2009 China auto complaints surged 39.7%

As every downstream link is relatively a consumer, only every consumer takes up arms to safeguard their right the quality can get improvement.

　　After the amazing sales of 13.6 million last year, the size of Chinese auto market will likely be amplified in 2010. According to the production and sales plans of auto manufacturers, this year the overall auto market may reach the number of 18 million. Since manufacturers are crazily expanding the production, the competition of quality in 2010 auto market will consequently be upgraded.

　　In 2009, under the adverse circumstance of financial crisis, with annual production and sales of13.6 million, Chinese auto market increased by 40%, suddenly breaking the symbolic 10 million. However, since the supply is far from meeting the crying demands, all manufacturers have concentrated on resolving the capacity constraints, quality of new cars will inevitably be more or less ignored. In this sense, the quality problems may become a by-product of the shortage of Chinese auto market.
