2009

In May, Guangzhou Auto and Changfeng Motor signed agreement to restructure. In October, AVIC and China South Industries Group Corporation landed contract to reorganized Changan Automobile Group. In 2009 Chinese car sales broke 10 million for the first time, becoming the world’s largest auto market.
2010
Go through ten terms, which is twenty years, here comes the adult ceremony of Beijing auto show. Along with the importance of China’s auto market and rising attention from transnational corporations, the status and influence of Beijing auto show has been promoted increasingly and the gap with the top five international auto shows is being narrowed down.
After China became the world’s largest auto market in 2009, to transfer from a big auto manufacture to a strong one is our most urgent issue concerned by all Chinese people.
