Administration, fostering and participation in interdisciplinary research projects, involving ETH institutions, Universities of Applied Sciences and industry in the fields of mobility, power, heat, building technologies and renewable energy resources.

　　1999 – 2005 Paul Scherrer Institut PSI Head of Technology transfer office of PSI. Develop the structure, scouting for inventions and technical solutions valuable for economical exploitation. Supporting researchers in negotiating contracts with potential licensors.

　　1992 – 1998 Swiss Federal Institut of Technology ETH Zurich Project coordinator at the internal combustion lab. Coordination of an interdisciplinary team for a Hybrid power train for a passenger car to half the consumption in urban driving including a flywheel energy storage, an electric machine and a continuously variable transmission with a gear-ratio of 20.
