大众汽车集团（中国）执行副总裁 张绥新 简介

　　2009中国汽车工程学会年会将于2009年10月20-22日在北京铁道大厦举办。年会主要活动包括：先进汽车节能减排技术研讨会、专题分会场交流会、年美籍汽车专家来华讲学活动、技术参观等。以下是参会嘉宾 张绥新博士 简介：

大众汽车集团（中国）执行副总裁 张绥新博士

　　张绥新博士祖籍山西，汉族，1953年8月出生于内蒙古自治区的民主人士家庭。1978年，作为文革后恢复高考的第一批考生，考入内蒙古工学院机械制造专业，1982年本科毕业后进入上海同济大学学习德语，1983年前往德国留学，1989年毕业于德国达姆施塔特技术大学经济工程师专业，获经济学博士学位。

　　1989年，张博士进入德国吉森大学经济研究所从事经济研究工作。1990年加入大众汽车集团，在总部海外计划部负责中国业务。

1994年，应德国Groz－Bechert公司聘请，出任中国烟台易斯特精密纺织器械有限公司总经理。1996年9月卸任，回到大众汽车集团德国总部。1997年1月出任大众汽车集团驻华首席代表。1999年起兼任大众汽车（中国）投资有限公司副总经理。2002年1月起，兼任大众汽车（中国）投资有限公司总经理。

　　2004 年5月1日起至今，出任大众汽车集团（中国）执行副总裁，全面负责大众汽车集团在中国所有的人力资源与政府事务领域的业务，同时兼任大众汽车集团北京代表处首席代表。

　　Dr. Suixin Zhang is the Executive Vice President in charge of Human Resources & Corporate Relations of Volkswagen Group China. Moreover, he takes the position of Chief Representative of Volkswagen Beijing Office.

　　Dr. Suixin Zhang was born in Hang Jin-Hou-Qi, Inner Mongolia, China, on August 3rd, 1953.

　　In 1978, he entered the Polytechnic University of Inner Mongolia as the first generation of college students in China after the Cultural Revolution, majoring in mechanical engineering.

　　After graduation, Dr. Zhang studied German at the Tongji University from 1982-1983. Then he left for Germany to study at the Technical University of Darmstadt in 1983 and got his doctorate in Economics in 1989.

　　In 1989, as a post-graduate, Dr. Zhang first committed himself to economic research at Giessen University Germany, and in 1990 he joined Volkswagen AG where he was in charge of foreign projects in the Asia-Pacific Region. In 1994, he was named General Manager of Groz-Bechert-Yantai Precision Textile Equipment Co., Ltd. Two years later, Dr. Zhang rejoined the Volkswagen Group and in January 1997, he was appointed the company’s Chief Representative in China. In July 1999, Dr. Zhang was appointed Deputy General Manager of Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd. In January of 2002, he took the position of General Manager of Volkswagen (China) Investment Co. Ltd. Since May 1st, 2004, he has been working as Executive Vice President of Volkswagen Group China.
