The fund CROWN deployed by Trans-Atlantic (600558) may be from the industrial standpoint, taking fancy to the Volvo's brand and products. Because the leader himself is former executive of Ford, who understands extremely well Volvo and knows its internal value, so he has the idea of acquisition.
