张景新 广东富达企业集团有限公司董事长

　　张景新，男，五洲龙公司董事长，广东揭西县河婆镇人，广东富达企业集团有限公司董事长。

　　他的广东富达企业集团有限公司在省内赫赫有名，连续多年被省、市评为“文明单位”和“重合同守信用企业”。他本人被广东省评为首届青年企业家，连续当选为广东省第九届、第十届人大代表、揭阳市政协委员、揭西县政协常委、揭西县工商联会长。

　　2005年，五洲龙的混合动力客车项目被纳入国家“863”高科技计划；2009年，五洲龙通过工信部新能源汽车整车准入资质认定。五洲龙成为国内第一个实现商业化运作的新能源客车品牌，而且把产品率先打入海外市场，销往澳门、香港、美国、菲律宾。

　　五洲龙已经在新能源客车领域取得发明专利、实用新型专利和外观专利四十多项，并连续获得“中国最佳环保型客车奖”、“中国汽车自主创新成果奖”和世界客车联盟颁发的“BAAV年度最佳环保奖”。

　　Zhang Jingxin, male, was born in May, 1958 in Jiexi of Guangdong Province, the present Chairman and corporation representative of Shenzhen Wuzhoulong Motors. He graduated from Guangdong Radio and Television University, College degree and Title of engineer. As Guangdong Industrial university visiting professor, he is studying assiduously Beijing University Huifeng Business school EMBA. Successively holds Guangdong Province ninth and tenth session of Deputy to the National People's Congress, Zhang jingxin, is also selected as vice-chairman of Jieyang Industry and Commerce Association, Shenzhen Industry and Commerce Association, the vice-chairman of Shenzhen Private enterpreneur Association, Shenzhen Automobile Industry Association. He has been participating in organizing to implementing the National “863” Energy Saving and the New Energy Vehicle Project many times, obtained more than 40 inventions of the energy saving and new energy vehicle, one of patent of utility model people, Invited by the National Technical department and Ministry of Finance to participate in formulating the admittance standard and financial subsidy standard of national new energy vehicle.

　　Since 2000, Wuzhoulong has invested large amount of money to lead the technical personnel to research and develop the hybrid bus. Presently, Wuzhoulong hybrid buses have developed into the 11th generation, and in mass operation in urban public transportation of Shenzhen and Kunming, etc. In addition, the small batch buses have been exported to the US, the Philippines and Macao. The hybrid bus controller which developed by ourselves is in the leading position at home. Wuzhoulong is supported by the Local government, in Chongqing, Shenyang sets up the new energy vehicle subsidiary company, and sets up the power science and technology company in Jieyang. We have marched to the leading power battery industry of new energy vehicle.
