汽车名牌“特卖中”
伴随国际金融危机,以通用、福特为首的美国汽车企业将一批相对小众化品牌纷纷“挂牌”,沃尔沃、欧宝、悍马、萨博皆在其中。对中国企业而言,收购国际知名汽车品牌,成为了在国际知名度上“一步登天”的捷径。不过,“收购名牌”这块骨头并不好啃,如何防止国内企业竞购造成的资产流失,以及收购后如何将国外技术有机地吸收,都成为收购名牌过程中严峻的现实问题。
